In this special "on-the-road" edition of the podcast, David sits down at one of the nine seats inside the cozy little diner to talk to co-owner, Erich Schultz, and Chef Derek Christensen, about the unique part this restaurant, along with the accompanying farm and coffee shop, plays in the larger community of Eastmark and the southeast Valley.
