All About Eastmark
Erich Schultz - Eastmark has a farm? Plus coffee & tacos!
On this episode (recording months ago now) we had the chance to sit down with Erich Schultz, farmer at Steadfast Farm and co-owner of Steadfast Coffee. Erich is one of many Eastmark residents who both lives and works in Eastmark, but probably one of the only residents who manages a farm, store, and coffee shop all inside this community.
Erich has a long history of growing things, from vegetables to businesses, and we think you'll enjoy hearing from Erich about how a farm came to find itself rooted (see what we did there?) in the heart of Eastmark.
